Status of this Memo This memo provides information for the Internet community. This memo does not specify an Internet standard of any kind. Distribution of this memo is unlimited. Abstract This RFC describes a PICS Proforma translated into an Internet acceptable form. The Original document was developed according to ISO 9646 for conformance test purposes. This document is intended for both developers and users of the NTP (Network Time Protocol). This document contains specific information and performance characteristics for the use of NTP within the context of Internet usage. It is suggested, that users wishing to use the synchronization capabilities of the Internet abide by the characteristics set within this document.
